Lamb Meatballs or Lamb Burger's
This recipe is a great flavorful use of ground lamb. We use it for burgers and make them into meatballs. This was our recipe we used at the 2017 Katahdin Expo.
Servings: 4 People
- So simple! Just mix all ingredients together and form in to meatballs or burgers. For meatballs, put in oven for 20-25 minutes. For burgers, grill or use skillet and shoot for medium doneness.
